This sound work is inspired by a fragmentary satyr play by Sophocles, reinterpreted through a compositional system based on Morse code. Voices, narrative structure and textual gaps from the ancient papyrus are translated into sequences of impulses, pauses and signals, trans forming communication itself into a musical and dramaturgical device. Through this process, mythological material is reactivated as a sonic archaeology, where fragmentation becomes form and transmission be comes both narrative and score.

Tracking Satyrs into Morse is part of the Lithuanian Culture in Italy 2025–2026 program. The Lithuanian Culture in Italy 2025–2026 program is organized by the Lithuanian Culture Institute and the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to the Italian Republic.
