71BODIES 1DANCE is inspired by 71 personal experiences and testimonies from transgender individuals living in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Spain. A production whose intention is to give visibility, awaken curiosity and to generate knowledge around the transgender community from a human level through an artistic work. A physical work based on the body: no distractions nor ornamentation; the naked body is an emotionally loaded space; holding vulnerability, strength, shame, pleasure, intimacy and empowerment.

Chiara Frigo creates Blackbird out of the desire to rebuild a relationship, a dialogue, between strangers who meet in a public space. There, the spectator is called to be an active part, through a choreography that redesigns a closeness that still seems impossible. A choreography that becomes a social device, where the audience, guided with ten performers including Dance Well teachers and artists from the No Limita-C-tions network, lights up new relationships and leaves traces that stay for longer than one event.

A project that stems from the study carried out in the IN-SECTUM research by photographer Elisabetta Zavoli and violinist Sara Michieletto, during an artistic residency in the Brazilian Amazon forest, where they created images and sounds to bring people closer to environmental issues and shift the anthropocentric view of existence. Choreographers Tereza Ondrová and Silvia Gribaudi asked themselves: what would be life like if we looked at the world from the perspective of an insect? How can we shift an anthropocentric vision of the world?

ARA! ARA! is the designation of a symbol of a rising power that chooses a bird to represent itself. Not a majestic raptor like the eagle, but an exotic bird that communicates fun: the parrot ARA. Introduced to the circus for its acrobatic abilities, the bright colours of its plumage and the ability to repeat sounds, it was a perfect animal for entertainment in captivity. ARA! ARA! represents a seductive power for its friendly and festive appearance that brings back patterns from the past, ignoring contents and effects.
