At B.Motion, B.Network also returns, the programme of professional days that from 28 to 30 August brings together in Bassano del Grappa artists, programmers, curators and professionals from the contemporary performing arts scene, both national and international.
Now in its third edition, B.Network was created as a space for encounter, dialogue and research around the transformations currently shaping the performing arts field, to share and connect experiences, visions and working methods from different contexts.
The central theme of this edition is accessibility understood as an intersectional issue, examining and considering physical, social, economic, linguistic and cultural conditions, with the aim of rethinking artistic, programming, relational and audience engagement practices.
The programme unfolds through performances, talks, workshops and discussion sessions, culminating in a final conference curated by Flavia Dalila D’Amico in collaboration with AIKU Arte Impresa Cultura of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, with contributions from national and international programmers and curators invited to share experiences and new oppor
tunities for collaboration.
The conference will take place at Villa Angaran San Giuseppe, home to and managed by Rete Pictor, a network of three social enterprises committed to inclusion and social participation, whose setting reinforces and accompanies this edition’s research journey. B.Network thus becomes an opportunity to question the present and imagine new ways of making,
sharing and experiencing the contemporary performing arts scene.
